- Eligibility: Items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original seals, tags, and protective packaging intact. For hygiene and safety, jewelry that has been worn or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a piece for a different design or matching set, we are happy to assist, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus shipping charges, after our quality team inspects the item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the jewelry. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
